3. Consumption of sesame is helpful in relieving calcium deficiency. A teaspoon of sesame contains about 88 grams of calcium.

4. Cumin intake is also helpful in completing calcium deficiency. Eating cumin water or ground cumin strengthens bones.

5. Yogurt contains calcium and other essential minerals, which make bones, muscles and teeth strong.

6. Eggs should be consumed daily, as it helps to strengthen weak bones. Eggs contain protein, phosphorus, vitamins, calcium and other essential minerals.
