Aloo-Paneer Ring Samosa Recipe: If you get something different and delicious with evening tea, then the day becomes. Sumosa triangles are usually made in size, but today we have brought a unique and tasty option to you-the Alloo-Paneer Ring Samosa. Material (Aloo-Paneer Ring Samosa Recipe)

  • Fine flour – 2 cups
  • Celery – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Ghee – 5 teaspoons
  • Cheese – 100 grams (cut in cubes)
  • Boiled potatoes – 3 (mashed)
  • Cumin – 3/4 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander – 3/4 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mango powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil – To fry
  • Green coriander – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)

Method (Aloo-Paneer Ring Samosa Recipe)

1. Wheat flour plaiting: Add salt, celery and 4 teaspoons of ghee to the flour. Then add some water and knead hard dough. Cover with a wet cloth and keep it for 15 minutes.

2. Stuffing preparation: Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, kuta coriander to it. Then add turmeric, potato, cheese, chili powder, garam masala, mangoes and salt. Fry all the ingredients well and add green coriander and let it cool.

3. Ring making: Take roll out with dough dough. Cut it in square shape. Make strips by making thin cuttings in half and keep stuffing in an unaccompanied part. Now roll and give the shape of the ring.

4. Adding edges: Make a little flour and water paste and stick the ends of the ring.

5. Frying: Fry the ring samosas on low flame in hot oil until golden and crispy.

6. Serving: Serve hot ring samosas with tomato sauce or green chutney.
