The video, which was purportedly shot on the Yellow Line on April 22, generated a wide range of responses on the internet. Many commenters praised the happy atmosphere the uncles provided and referred to the event as “wholesome.” They were even commended by others for bringing joy to an otherwise dreary journey. Not everyone, however, agreed; others called it a “public nuisance” and questioned if such behavior should be permitted on public transit.
