Its purpose is to maintain the privacy of the conversation and the content of the chat cannot be shared outside the chat.

WhatsApp says that this feature is especially useful for groups in which all the members do not know each other well, but the conversation can be sensitive. This feature ensures that the chat information does not go out.
How to turn on the Advanced Chat Privacy feature?
Open WhatsApp and go to the chat or group chat in which you want to turn on this feature. Tap the name of the chat. There you will see the option of 'Advanced Chat Privacy'.
