Ingredients:

6–8 salty biscuits such as Monaco, KrackJack, or any savoury biscuit

1 small potato, boiled & diced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, finely chopped

1–2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)

2 tbsp sev

2 tbsp nylon boondi (optional)

1 tbsp green chutney (mint-coriander chutney)

1 tbsp tamarind chutney (imli chutney)

Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

Method:

In a serving tray or plate, arrange the biscuits.
