New Delhi: During an IPL 2025 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals a brief interaction between Virat Kohli and Dinesh Karthik was captured on camera and widely shared online. The footage suggests that Karthik and head coach Andy Flower offered Kohli advice while he was fielding. Kohli however appeared to dismiss the suggestion. Following an RCB victory over RR Dinesh Karthik publicly praised Virat Kohlis 70-run 42-ball innings. The specifics of their earlier conversation remain undisclosed. Following the match Karthik offered his comments on Kohli in the RCB dressing room. There is a loss for words. Purely the hunger that he has. Its one thing to play in the IPL for 18 years But its a different thing to be consistent for that long. This tells you a lot about the man. And hes very determined. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) scored 205 runs in their 20 overs largely due to a 95-run partnership between Kohli and Padikkal (who scored 50 runs off 27 balls). Rajasthan Royals (RR) were in a strong position needing only 18 runs from 12 balls but Josh Hazlewoods impressive bowling in the second to last over which included two wickets secured victory for RCB. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) secured their inaugural home victory of the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) season overcoming a three-game losing streak at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. This win propelled RCB to third place in the IPL standings.
