Mumbai Actress Manisha Koirala said that going to the gym fosters self-control and discipline in addition to muscular growth. She went on to say that consistency is more important than perfection.

A video of herself in the gym was posted by Manisha on Instagram. The actress can be seen doing leg exercises in the video, such as hip abductions, leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses.

“Going to the gym isn’t just about building muscles—it’s about building discipline, clarity, and inner balance,” Manisha captioned the photo. Commitment is the first step in a healthy routine. Not flawless. On certain days, it’s a really effective exercise.

On other days, she claimed, it simply shows up.

However, we’re reiterating the message: I take care of my body every time we go. “I honor my intellect,” the actress said.

The 54-year-old actress made her acting debut in 1989 with the Nepali film Pheri Bhetaula. In 1991, she made her Indian film debut with the Hindi drama Saudagar.

Bombay, Agni Sakshi, Indian, Gupt: The Hidden Truth, Kachche Dhaage, Mudhalvan, Company, 1942: A Love Story, Khamoshi: The Musical, Dil Se, and Lajja were among the commercial successes of Manisha, one of the most well-known and highest-paid actresses of her era.

She received recognition during the next ten years for her roles in a number of avant-garde and art-house movies, including Elektra, I Am, and the survival thriller Escape From Taliban.

After receiving a diagnosis of last-stage ovarian cancer in 2012, the actress decided to take a vacation from performing. In 2017, she made a comeback with the drama about coming of age, Dear Maya.

Last year, she starred in Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, a historical drama series directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. During the Indian independence fight against the British Empire, the show centers on the life of tawaifs in Lahore’s red-light area of Heera Mandi.

Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal Mehta, and Taha Shah Badussha are also featured in the program.
