Google has launched a new safety update in Google Messages. Google tries to improve safety features every day for the convenience of users. In the new update, the Sensitive Content Warning feature will automatically blur sensitive content (obscene photos). Google is bringing this feature so that children and youngsters can be kept safe from obscene content. Read the full details of how this feature will work and how it will benefit users here.

Many times some such photos appear on Google or in obscene messages. Or someone may have an issue after seeing these photos. In such a situation, you hesitate to give your phone to another person. But now this will not happen. Google's new update will make the work easier.

Google's Sensitive Content Warning Feature
If objectionable or obscene photos come in the message of Google, then they will be blurred automatically. This feature will be active by default on children's devices. According to reports, this feature has been introduced for the safety of children below 18 years of age. But users above 18 years of age can also turn it on in the settings if they want to see such photos.

Google has set two categories.

Supervised User: Parents have control over the accounts of this category. These accounts cannot turn off this feature. Parents can control their children's accounts through the Family Link app.

Unsupervised Teen: Accounts of children aged 13 to 17 years who operate their accounts themselves. Users of this age can turn it off by going to Google Account Settings.

How will the new feature work?

With this feature turned on, the obscene photo in the message will be blurred automatically. In which the user will have the option to view the photo or delete it before viewing it. The user can also block the person sending such a photo.

If the user wants, he can see the blurred photo. But if it looks bad after watching it, then you can blur it again by clicking 'Remove preview'.

If you are forwarding a photo to someone else and it has some sensitive parts, then the system will first give you a warning. Sending this content can be risky and will also ask for your permission.

Privacy will not be at risk.
This entire process takes place inside the phone itself. This means that your photo or personal data is not on Google's server. It uses Android's SafetyCore system. However, this feature currently works on photos. It has not been started on videos. Google is going to start this feature gradually for all devices. However users using the beta version have started seeing this feature. Soon
