The CERT-In warning with a high severity rating says, “multiple vulnerabilities exist in Apple products due to memory corruption issues in the Core Audio framework and a Pointer Authentication bypass in the Remote Participant Audio Control (RPAC) framework.”
As the terms suggest, the security risk is linked to the audio hardware on Apple devices, that if exploited can allow hackers to bypass the device security and target the victim by infecting their system. The security note also mentions that hackers are likely to target users and businesses who rely on Apple iOS, iPadOS, macOS or tvOS devices.
