To apply for duplicate PAN card, you have to go to the official website of NSDL onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html. After this, you have to enter your PAN card number and your Aadhaar number there. After this, you have to enter your date of birth. And by ticking on the instruction given above, you have to enter the captcha code and click on submit.
After this you have to confirm your address and PIN code. After the address is confirmed, OTP will come on the mobile number linked to the PAN card. After filling this form, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50. After paying the fee, you will get a slip. Which will have a tracking number. Through which you will be able to track your new PAN card.
