Biscuits – 3 cups
To taste – cinnamon
Cardamom or butter
Butter to mix into ground biscuits – 1 cup

1. To make cheese cake, first of all grind any simple biscuits.
2. When it is grinded well, add a little butter and mix it well.
3. Then place a small button in a vessel and spread the ground biscuits thoroughly by hand.
4. Now keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes. – Add the cream and mix it well in a bowl and add ground sugar, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and mix well.
5. By adding it, its sweetness remains intact. When it mixes well, spread it on a layer of ready biscuits.
6. After spreading it well, keep it in the freezer for four hours.
7. After a few hours you will see that cheese cake is ready, so in this way we can make cheese cake very easily.
