- Flour – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Yeast – 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Origano – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Powder – 1 Tsp
- Chile Flex – 2 tablespoons
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Grapped thing – 1/2 cup
- Boiled Corn – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
Method (Garlic Bread Recipe)
- First of all, dissolve sugar in a quarter cup lukewarm water and put yeast in it and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes, so that the yeast swells.
- Take maida in a big bowl, add salt, garlic powder and origino and mix well. Now put the yeast in the flour and mix it well and knead soft dough.
- Apply a little oil on the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the dough will swell, then smooth hands with oil and knead the dough once again.
- Now make dough dough and wrap it in dry flour and roll it into round shape. Then place cheese and boiled corn on one side. Fold it by applying some oil on the edge of the dough. Apply a lot of butter on it with a brush.
- Now sprinkle origino, chili flakes and garlic powder on it and cut it lightly.
- Place the pan on the gas and add salt to it and heat it. Then place a stand in the pan and keep the garlic bread prepared on the baking tray and allow it to be baked in the pan for 15 minutes. Next, take out the tray and serve by slicing.
