Due to the repair work of bridge number 110 in Lucknow division of Northern Railway, the scheduled mega block work has been completed before the scheduled time. Due to this, it has been decided to restore more than 60 trains, including Prayagraj Sangam-Kanpur Anwarganj. These trains were being run on cancelled or diverted routes during the work.

Today Chauri Chaura Express will go only till Deori.a

The Chauri Chaura Express going to Gorakhpur will operate only till Deoria Sadar Railway Station on Saturday, 26 April. This is because pre-NI, NI work is being done for the third line between Gorakhpur and Gorakhpur Cantt stations. Due to this, the route of many trains has been changed, and some have been partially cancelled. This also includes the Chauri Chaura Express running from Kanpur Anwarganj via Prayagraj.

15003 Kanpur Anwarganj – Gorakhpur Chauri Chaura Express will go only till Deoria Sadar on the date of commencement of journey on 26 April. It will remain cancelled between Deoria Sadar and Gorakhpur. Apart from this, 12565 Darbhanga-New Delhi Bihar Sampark Kranti Express will run on the changed route on 2 May 25 via Chhapra-Aunrihar-Varanasi-Banaras-Prayagraj-Kanpur Central. It operates via Gorakhpur-Lucknow.
