During the 2023 IPL final, the match played between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super King went in Reserve Day but the match was not completed that day. The match was later started after decreasing a few overs.
If there is no arrangement to match IPL 2025 (IPL 2025) on the day of Reserve Day due to rain, then the umpires try their best to complete the match by reducing a few overs. If this is not possible, then there will be only five overs match. If the situation is not in this side, then the result will be drawn under the super over, otherwise both teams will be jointly declared winners.
