How to make momo red chutney at home
  • To make a market -like red chutney in the house, first wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into two parts so that they can cook quickly. Soak dry red chillies in warm water for 10 minutes so that they become soft and easily go to PC.
  • Then add a little water to a pan, add tomatoes and soaked red chili and boil it on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes. When the tomatoes become completely soft, turn off the gas and let them cool for a while.
  • Now take a mixer grinder and add boiled tomatoes, red chillies, garlic, ginger and salt. Add a little water so that it is easy to grind.
  • If you are using roasted peanuts, then you can also put it at the same time. Now grind all these things until a thick technician chutney is formed.
  • If you want, you can bring more flavors by applying tempering in this chutney. For this, take a small pan and heat a table spoon of oil in it.
  • Then add a little chopped garlic or cumin seeds and fry it lightly. Put this tempering in the prepared chutney and mix well. This brings brilliant scent and taste in the sauce.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the chutney in the last and mix well. This sourness balances the sauce and covers the taste. Now your momos' sharp, wonderful chutney is ready. Serve it with hot momos.
  • At the same time, if you have made more chutney, then it can be stored in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Whenever you eat momos, heat it a little and taste it.
