Vaibhav Suryavanshi became an overnight star with his stunning knock in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Monday night at Jaipur. The teenager Rajasthan Royals batter hammered an incredible century off Gujarat Titans at the age of 14 years and became the league's youngest-ever player to ever score a century. He left behind Manish Pandey's record, having scored a hundred at 19 years old way back in 2009.

 

Post the match, he was surrounded by fans and the media at the team hotel in Jaipur. A social media video shows Vaibhav Suryavanshi cheerfully signing autographs for younger fans. The young left-handed batter had already made his mark earlier as the youngest player to make an IPL debut. Now with this century, he has also entered the list of the greatest young guns of the tournament.
