In match 47 of IPL 2025 between Rajasthan Royals vs Gujarat Titans at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur, young Indian batter of RR, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, shocked everyone by scoring a 35-ball century. This is currently the second-quickest century in IPL and the quickest by any Indian cricketer, surpassing Yusuf Pathan's earlier record.
His fiery knock impressed several present and past cricketers. One of them was Hanuma Vihari, who appreciated Vaibhav on social media platform X (previously Twitter). Vihari shared a salute emoji and the hashtag #VaibhavSuryavanshi in favor of the emerging star.
Although there were several other fans who also joined in congratulating the young batter, there was one user who responded with a comment to Vihari saying, "dream for you." Demonstrating his sense of humour and sportsmanship, Vihari responded with, "100%… you too my friend!"
The short and simple response indicated Vihari's humility.

Vihari’s Dual Career: Test Success vs IPL Struggles
Hanuma Vihari made his Test debut for India in 2018 against England at the Oval. In the debut innings, the all-rounder notched up a half-century, showing immense promise with his skills. Since his debut, the right-hander has played a total of 16 Tests for India in which he has amassed 839 runs with one century and five half-centuries.
He also played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) in three seasons. In 2013 and 2015, the all-rounder played for SRH where in combined 22 matches, he scored 280 runs and picked up a wicket. He was then dropped by SRH in the next season, resulting in a four-year absence from the IPL, before roped him in the year 2019.
However, he only played two matches for DC in that season in which he scored just four runs. Since then, the Indian cricketer is out of the contention for the IPL selections as it has been nearly six years since he last played an IPL game.
