HRX was started in 2013 by Hrithik Roshan and Exceed Entertainment. It offers shoes and workout clothes. Afsar Zaidi is the CEO and co-founder of the company. His brand competes with global companies like Nike Puma and Decathlon. Zaidi is also the founder of celebrity management company Exceed Entertainment. It is headquartered in Mumbai. It was started in 2005.

Afsar Zaidi was a salaried employee until 2005. He worked for Mahesh Bhupathis Globosport India Pvt Ltd. He started a sports management firm called Carving Dreams. This company later became Accident one of Indias leading celebrity management companies. Actor Ajay Devgan signed a contract with him in less than a minute. This gave him a lot of confidence.
Started many new trends
Afsar Zaidi started the trend of making contracts for celebrities dancing at weddings. He used to be the manager of both Roshan and Khan. This collaboration turned into a business partnership. Roshan has been associated with HRX for 13 years. When Hrithik Roshan entered the business e-commerce in India was in its nascent stage. However he partnered with Myntra. The companys turnover was Rs 350 crore in that financial year itself. The House of Pataudi also followed the same lines.
