Apple just unveiled “Snapshot on Apple,” a celebrity-focused website that links fans to the content of their favorite celebrities across all of Apple’s platforms, including music, TV, and podcasts.
The webpage initially shows two rows of celebrity photos that cycle automatically, but visitors are now unable to manually scroll or search. Big celebrities like Bad Bunny, Dua Lipa, Matt Damon, Serena Williams, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake are among the 36 profiles that are now available.
Every celebrity photo functions as a card that may be clicked. When you tap on it, a mini-profile with a brief bio and a carefully chosen selection of material from Apple’s services is shown. In essence, it’s a customized landing page, similar to what sites like Feature.fm or Linktree provide, but specifically designed for Apple content.
Consider Zendaya as an example. She is listed on her profile as an American singer and actress, and there is a “more” tab to read more about her background. Links to her roles in “Spider-Man: No Way Home” and podcast episodes such as “The Late Show Pod Show with Stephen Colbert” are accessible to users under that.
The website has a sophisticated appearance, but it also seems like a work in progress, maybe a sneak glimpse at a more in-depth connection that will be included in future Apple features or applications. Snapshoton Apple is now a modern, centralized location where fans can quickly find and interact with celebrity material that is dispersed across Apple’s extensive media ecosystem.
