Material (Summer Special, Gulab Thandai Recipe)
- cold milk – 2 cups
- Rose syrup – 2 to 3 tablespoons (as per taste)
- Castor sugar – 1 to 2 tablespoons (if there is not enough sweetness in rose syrup)
- black pepper – 1 pinch (optional)
- cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Almond -5-6 (soaked and finely chopped)
- Pistachios -5-6 (finely chopped)
- Rose – 1 tsp
- Ice cubes – as required

- First of all take cold milk in a large bowl. Add rose syrup to it and mix well.
- Now add cardamom powder, black pepper (if using) and ground sugar.
- Add dry rose petals or gulakand, which brings real roses flavors.
- Now add chopped almonds and pistachios.
- Finally add ice cubes and mix all the ingredients well.
- Put in serving glass and garnish with a little dry fruits from above.
