Potato Stuffed Bread Pakora Recipe: Today we are going to tell you the breakfast recipe, which you can serve with tea in the morning or evening breakfast. You can also give it to children in tiffin. So let's know its recipe.
Potato stuff bread pakoda material
For potato stuffing:
3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 green chili (finely chopped)
1/4 cup green coriander (finely chopped)
Salt taste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp rye (mustard seeds)
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
For batter:
1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp celery
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Water required
Other materials:
4 bread slices
Frying oil
Tomato ketchup and green chutney

Potato Stuffing:
1. Heat oil in a pan and chop the mustard seeds.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili and fry it lightly.
3. Add boiled potatoes and add all the spices and mix well.
4. Let it cool down.
Besan Batter Making:
1. Add turmeric, red chili, celery, salt and baking soda to the gram flour.
2. Make a thick batter by adding some water.
Bread Pakoda Making:
1. Cover the potato stuffing on the bread slices and cover it with another slices.
2. Cut it diagonally and do it in two parts.
3. Dip bread in gram flour batter and fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
Serving
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
Tips
Keep the bread fresh and soft so that the pakora becomes good.
You can add a little rice flour to make more crispy.
Spices can do less as per taste. Enjoy the bred pakora!
