Salt – as per taste

Water – to knead the dough

Oil – 2 tablespoons

Grapped cabbage – 2 cups

Grapped carrots – 1 cup

Soya Sauce – 2 Tsp

Oil – 2 teaspoons

Finely chopped onions – 2

Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon

Grated garlic – 2 tablespoons

Grated ginger – 1 teaspoon

Finely chopped coriander – 3 tablespoons

Salt – as per taste

Boiled and Pnected Tomato – 4

Soaked dry red chili – 6

Garlic – 7 buds

Ginger – 1 inch piece

Coriander leaf – 1/2 bowl

Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Salt – as per taste

Turmeric – 1 teaspoon

Sesame – 2 teaspoons

Peanut – 2 tablespoons

Water – as required

Super tasty dish

Mix maida, oil and salt in a deep vessel and gently add water and knead light hard dough. Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion and ginger and fry it lightly. Now add more cabbage and carrots to it and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add black pepper, salt and soy sauce and mix green coriander together and keep this stuffing to cool down.

Make small dough dough and roll it. Now make a light pit in this dough and keep the edges prepared inside it and stop the edges by giving the shape of your choice.

Heat the water in the steamer and keep the momo in a lubricated plate and steam in the steamer for 15 minutes. Momo looks slightly transparent and glowing when cooked.

Tasty jhol momo

Fry the sesame and peanuts without oil without oil and let it cool.

Add red chili, boiled tomatoes, ginger, peanuts, roasted sesame, turmeric, garlic, cumin, coriander leaves and salt soaked in the mixer. Now add some water to it and make a smooth paste.

If the mixture becomes thick, add some more water to it so that it becomes like a bag. Now add lemon juice to it.

If you want, you can also heat this bag a little, or it can also be served cold. Its taste is excellent in both ways.
