New Delhi: Nishikant Dubey, an MP for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), made startling allegations against Pakistan on Friday, claiming that about 10,000 people had been slain and gone missing. According to him, the Pakistan Army had given the fugitive Dawood Ibrahim and terrorist Hafiz Saeed orders to “eliminate the Baluchis.”
“The army has given the ruthless Hafiz Saeed and Dawood Ibrahim orders to exterminate the demonstrators and Baluchis from India. The last 15 days have seen the deaths and disappearances of approximately 10,000 individuals. In a post on X, Dubey said, “Pakistan is in pieces.”
His comments coincide with increased security worries and tensions between India and Pakistan as a result of the fatal Pahalgam terrorist assault, which has prompted more diplomatic reactions from both countries.
According to Krishna Gopal, the joint general secretary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, “intolerance” is prevalent in Pakistan, which causes a lack of internal cohesiveness among the many ethnicities residing in the neighboring nation.
“The world is facing a dangerous thing, intolerance,” the RSS chief said at a book launch ceremony. When Pakistan was established, it would have been preferable for Muslims to have coexisted peacefully. However, the formation of Pakistan led to the development of conflicts between Bangla and Urdu speakers, and this intolerance persists in Pakistan today. Baloch, Pashtun, and Sindhis would rather not coexist.
The Pahalgam terror incident claimed the lives of 26 individuals. The authorities stated that the terrorists who carried out the act and those who planned it would face harsh penalties.
To send a clear message to Pakistan for its backing of cross-border terrorism, the government has announced several actions, including the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty.
The BJP-led government’s zero-tolerance stance against terrorism was reaffirmed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday, who said that no one would be spared and that terrorism will be eliminated nationwide.
