In today's era, humans do not give importance to our ancient arts and in many places they are all on the verge of extinction. But people are unknown by how much these ancient arts are more beneficial for our mental health and physical skills.

Yoga is an art that has been going on for centuries and its benefits are also many. In ancient times, due to the deep practice of yoga, many people were attained, which resulted in the earning of special mental, physical and spiritual powers. Siddhis in yoga scriptures are considered to be the highest level of yoga in yoga scriptures. The 15 -minute practice is also enough to reduce your stress, such as meditation and doing pranayama has positive effects on our brain.

Yoga as well as makes our body flexibility and strong, it tones muscles and improves blood circulation. Due to all these reasons, yoga does energy in our body, due to which there is freshness in both body and mind. Now it is not a matter of dance art and singing, it is no less. These two arts used to be very famous, Raja and Maharaja used to be crazy about their beauty. But the interest of people from generation to generation was over, especially in classical dances and singing.

Dance and music help us to increase social engagement and through them a person can express their feelings and sensations, which increases the ability to communicate self -communication. Both of them develop rigorous training process and a sense of time management that keeps the person disciplined. Singing increases the capacity of our lungs as well as it increases memory power. There is another art that people have been selected to show their creativity for years, that is painting. This art brings growth in self -confidence, gives the ability to understand and be patient.

Yoga, dance, singing and painting are not only important as art, but it is also very beneficial for physical, mental and spiritual health. If we regularly adopt these arts in our lives, then we can not only improve our physical and mental goodness, but can also live a rich, balanced and happy life.
