New Delhi: In an interview with ETimes, Kareena Kapoor’s yoga teacher, Anushka Parwani, discussed the actress’ exercise regimen. She said that Kareena has never had a desire to lose weight and is more focused on being healthy and in shape.

Kareena is the most conscious about her figure, according to Anushka. I know this because I’ve been with her; she wasn’t simply the first performer I worked with; she was also my very first pupil. She is so alert that there is a lot to learn from her. She is aware of her body and has always liked yoga. We thus know whether to push ourselves a little and change up the workout, or when to perform variations and simply focus on breathing exercises. We are in a pretty balanced position right now. It also involves taking a break. She understands when to pause since it comes with age and experience. She looks stunning on the inside and out right now. She is very radiant. It is so lovely that sometimes I think there is a torch beneath her cheekbones.

Let’s now examine five yoga poses that might help you lose weight.

Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose
This traditional stance works the sides of your body and stretches your waist. Additionally, it tones your hips and legs. Simply stretch by keeping your legs straight, extending one hand, and attempting to maintain a straight body.

Chair Pose in Rotation (Parivrtta Utkatasana)
Imagine this as a literal spin on a deep squat. It raises your heart rate and truly works your core, particularly the obliques (side abs). Keep your legs level and twist from the waist rather than the neck.

Navasana, or boat pose
In a positive sense, this one is a core breaker. Your lower abdomen and abs will become stronger if you balance in this V-shape. Throughout, try to maintain a straight back and an active core.

the Bhujangasana (cobra pose)
a mild backbend that tones the tummy and extends your front body. It’s also very good for your stomach and spine. Don’t overdo it, however; maintain relaxed shoulders and gentle elbows.

Ardha Matsyendrasana, also known as the Half Lord of the Fishes Pose,
A sitting twist that’s fantastic for your waist and spine. Additionally, it aids in cleansing and digestion. Take a deep breath, sit up straight, and gradually twist from the abdomen.
