This Muslim actor fell in love with the daughter of an Air Force officer faced many highs and lows and eventually got married. However destiny had other plans. If you are wondering who we are talking about they are the one and only Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta. Aamir and Reena met in 1985 and the duo fell in love. Later Aamir and Reena secretly tied the knot on April 18 1986. The wedding faced major challenges as religion became a barrier. Reenas father who was an Air Force officer completely disapproved of the wedding. As a result Reena had to rebel against her family. The couples relationship began during the filming of Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. At that time Aamir was hardly 21 and Reena was 18. As soon as Aamir turned 21 he took Reena to the court registered their wedding and quietly returned to their respective homes. As soon as Reenas father got to know about his daughters secret wedding the family witnessed major disagreements so much so that Reenas father fell critically sick and had to be admitted to the hospital. On the other hand Aamir’s father Tahir Hussain had no objection to his sons wedding. Reena and Aamir were blessed with two kids - Junaid Khan and Ira.
