Mukesh Ambani’s wife and the Chairperson and Founder of the Reliance Foundation Dhirubhai Ambani International School and a Director of Reliance Industries Nita Ambani is the epitome of grace elegance and fitness. Despite turning 60 Nita looks as young as 31. On the occasion of Women’s Day this year Nita shared a heartfelt message to all the women and urged them to take care of their health. In a recent conversation Nita’s fitness coach Vinod Channa opened up about the secret of the leading lady of Ambani’s fitness.
In an interview with BollywoodShaadis Vinod revealed that Nita always listens to his advice while working out. Vinod mentioned that when training individuals over 50 particularly women every aspect must be considered as everyone has a unique lifestyle.
“The workout is set by me. She is working out. She works very hard and is ready to work out. Whatever I am saying she follows and because of that she is able to reach the target” Vinod said.
He also added Workout weight training depends on the body part like arms shoulders stomach back and legs. Male female ke liye same hai. Yoga hai for mobility stretch mix and match karna padega after 40-50. Jinki flexibility kam hoti hai unko har cheez mei takleef hoti hai. Aapki mobility kum hogi toh movement mei zyada strength lagta hai. Zyada power ki zarorat padti hai. Uske pehle weight training mobility mei allow karna padega.
Vinod is a famous fitness coach and he handles all the A-list celebs. Apart from Nita Ambani Vinod also trained Isha Ambani and Anant Ambani. He is best known for Anant Ambani’s transformation journey where the youngest son of the business tycoon Mukesh Ambani lost a massive 108 kgs in 18 months.
