Thoughts on Leadership
AYSF President Padmashri Ms. Nouf Marwaai shared:
“At AYSF, our mission is to promote yogasana as a contemporary, international sport while maintaining the historic essence of yoga. We are aware of its capacity to foster discipline, empower young people, and bridge cultural divides. Our involvement becomes crucial in areas where access to yoga has been restricted. We are increasing the number of people who may adopt Yogasana as a way of life and a foundation for excellence by establishing regional federations and organized training courses.
AYSF Secretary General Ramesh Lohan said:
“The Asian Yogasana Championship honors Bharat’s ageless Yogic legacy while simultaneously providing a forum for competition. We are honored to expand Yoga’s worldwide reach, particularly in the Arab world, under the inspiring leadership. I sincerely thank the Sports For All Federation and the UAE Ministry of Sports for supporting this goal of well-being, solidarity, and world peace.
Additionally, Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Musbeh, Vice President of AYSF (West Asia) and Chairman of the UAE Sports For All Federation’s Yoga Committee, stated:
