Mehboob mufti reached pahalgam: Former CM of Jammu and Kashmir and PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti reached Pahalgam on Monday and met the local people. During this, Mehbooba Mufti took stock of the situation born in Pahalgam after the terrorist attack. He also visited the place where 26 tourists were killed by terrorists on 22 April. After which the PDP Chief demanded the government to make financial assistance and loan free of interest for the local people.
After meeting the local people in Pahalgam, PDP Chief Mehboob Mufti said in a conversation with the media, “The incident of April 22 was a shock for the people of Pahalgam. Kashmiris put their lives at risk for tourists. Kashmiris have shown that they are with the country in this pain. You (Union Home Minister) should take action against those (terrorists) who have done this. I appeal to the Home Minister that this is not appropriate. ”
Mehboob Mufti further said, “Since tourists come here, all tourist places are closed today. Security forces should be deployed there (at tourist places). Please tell that after the Pahalgam attack, a large number of tourists have migrated from Jammu and Kashmir. After which the tourist places are deserted.
