Singer Pawandeep Rajan was injured in a road accident late Sunday night in Amroha UP. Pawandeeps friend Ajay Mehra and car driver Rahul Singh were also injured in this accident. All three are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Doctors say that Pawandeep has fractures in both legs and he has also suffered a head injury. Singer Pawandeeps car collided with a canter standing on the side of the highway in Gajraula area. Recently a report by Hindustan Times reported that Pawandeep is now stable and conscious. Pawandeep is a resident of Champawat in Uttarakhand. He became famous as the winner of Indian Idol 12. He was going from home to Noida with his friend Ajay Mehra. The Police have taken both the damaged vehicles into their custody. Rahul Singh was driving the car. At around 2:30 in the night while coming down from Chaupala Chauraha Overbridge in Gajraula police station area his car collided with a canter standing on the side of the highway. Police say that this accident happened due to driver Rahul Singh falling asleep. After the accident a crowd of people gathered at the spot. Police took the injured out of the car and took them to the government hospital. From there the doctors Seeing the critical condition of all three the police admitted them to the ICU of a private hospital located on the highway in Didauli . Pawandeeps family members reached the hospital as soon as they got the news. After first aid they took all three to Noida for better treatment. CO Shwetaabh Bhaskar said that both the damaged vehicles have been taken into police custody.
