Delhi NCR-based commercial vehicle marketplace 91trucks has raised INR 42.92 Cr (around $5 Mn) in a funding round led by Arkam Ventures along with Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital and India Accelerator.
According to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings accessed by Inc42, 91trucks has allotted 2,276 Compulsory Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (CCCPS) at a premium value of INR 1,88,578 to Arkam Ventures, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital and India Accelerator.
While Arkam Ventures has invested about INR 25 Cr, Titan Capital, Saparrow Capital and IA pooled in INR 14.99 Cr, INR 1.73 Cr and INR 99.99 Lakh, respectively, in the round.

Founded in 2022 by Siddharth Sharma, Abhishek Gautam, and Vikas Sharma, 91trucks is a new vehicle marketplace and vehicle review platform for commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses and three wheelers. It connects its customers with authorised dealers and automotive manufacturers.
The startup also provides vehicle loans to its users via its network of non-banking financial corporations (NBFCs). According to the startup, going forward it also plans to enter the used commercial vehicles space.
It also launched specialised platforms such as 91Infra and 91tractors for commercial vehicles used on construction sites and tractors respectively.
The current funding round will help 91trucks to capitalise on the growing online commercial vehicle market. It competes with the likes of CarDekho’s TruckDekho.com, Ashok Leyland-owned used commercial vehicle platform Re-Al and Droom.
The development comes at a time when the sales of commercial vehicle class has remained flat in the country, As per Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers, down from 9.7 Lakh sold in the previous year.
The overall ecommerce sector has remained among the favourites among India investors on the back of growing adoption seen in India consumers. and emerged as the second most funded sector in the Indian startup ecosystem for the first quarter of 2025 (Q12025).
