Paper Leak: Rajasthan Forest Guard Recruitment 2020 Paper Leak Case, Chargesheet against 18 accused..

In the case of a paper leak in the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination 2020 in Rajasthan, the Special Operations Group i.e. SOG has taken major action. SOG has filed a charge sheet against 18 accused in the Sessions Court. This case is related to the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination held on 13 November 202. In which serious allegations like paper leaks were leveled against many candidates. The state government had constituted OSG to investigate this.

Let us tell you that this examination held in 2022 was conducted in two shifts. After which an FIR was registered against the entire matter in Police Station Rajtalab, Banswara on 30 June 2024. In this, a case was registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Apart from these, Section 66D of the IT Act and Sections 3,4,6,7, and 10 of the Rajasthan Public Examination Act 2022 were also added to the case.

Police said - both sides created a ruckus.

SOG Jaipur has investigated this entire matter. This investigation has been led by ADG ATS SOG VK Singh and DIG Paris Deshmukh. Additional Superintendent of Police Bhavani Shankar Meena has played an important role in the investigation. The people whose names have come up in the charge sheet are residents of different districts of Rajasthan. These include Banswara, Barmer, Jalore, Balotra and Udaipur. Let us tell you that many of those who have been made accused in the charge sheet are currently serving in positions like forest guard, teacher, traffic policeman, and station master.

The names of the main accused in the charge sheet are Chhagan Pargi, Firoz Ninama, Samuel Ninama, Pratap Bamnia, Hiraram Saran, Ramesh Kumar Jani, Kamlesh Kumar, Reshmi, Sawlaram Jat, Kanwarram, Bhiyaram, Devaram, Seema Kumari, Timo, Kanwarram Chaudhary, Likhmaram.
