Tipster @Pandaflashpro has told in a post on social media platform x that Samsung has started manufacturing these foldable smartphones. In July last year, the company introduced Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 can be launched in select international markets in July.

This year, Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7 plans to manufacture about 20 lakh units of 7 and about 3 million units of Galaxy Z Flip 7. This is about 40 percent less than the manufacturing of the company's current foldable smartphones. The reason for this may be less than the cells estimate of Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6.

A recent report by Joongang stated that the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be held in early July. This event may be held in New York, USA this year. Samsung held Galaxy Unpacked two years ago in South Korea. Last year, the event was done in the second week of July in Paris, France before the Olympics. There is speculation that Samsung's first tri-folded smartphone may also be displayed in it. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 may have a 200 -megapixel primary rear camera. The Galaxy S25 Ultra of the company introduced in select markets last year has been given a similar camera. The 200 -megapixel primary camera in the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be a larger upgrade compared to the previous version of this foldable smartphone. Other cameras of this smartphone may be similar to the previous version. The Galaxy Z fold 6 had a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera.
