The city of Lucknow Uttar Pradesh On Wednesday, Yogi Adityanath praised the Indian military for its attacks on terrorist targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
CM Yogi wrote, “Jai Hind, Jai Hind ki Sena!” on X.
India conducted ‘Operation Sindoor’ in response to the Pahalgam terror incident, which killed 26 civilians. The operation included hitting nine high-value terror targets located deep into Pakistani territory.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and top security personnel kept a tight eye on the surgically precise operation throughout the night.
Additionally, the Indian Army attested that the attacks were carefully planned and carried out, guaranteeing that no Pakistani military or civilian infrastructure was impacted.
The operation focused on facilities connected to terrorist organizations that carried out the Pahalgam assault in Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, which claimed the lives of 25 Indians and one Nepali.
According to sources, the Prime Minister was in close contact with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and senior military commanders during the operation.
The nine strikes comprised camps and logistical facilities used by terrorist organizations that operate out of Pakistan and the PoK, according to government authorities.
“Our actions have been focused and precise,” the Indian Army official said, highlighting the specifics of the attacks. Only terrorist camps that have planned and carried out attacks against India have been the focus of our efforts.
The Army went on to explain that the operation was non-escalatory in both design and execution, with the only goal of destroying the infrastructure supporting terrorism while avoiding harm to Pakistan’s civic, military, and economic institutions.
“Justice has been done. The spokesman went on, “Jai Hind.”
The Resistance Front, a Lashkar-e-Taiba affiliate, claimed responsibility for the Pahalgam incident, which Indian intelligence services had previously linked to Pakistani organizations.
India has promised a forceful retaliation in response, combining military readiness with diplomatic pressure.
