Where people fill petrol and diesel and make a payment. Earlier people had to make only cash payment. So now people also have the option of digital payment. But in this city of the country, from now on, you will not be able to make online payment to fill petrol-diesel. Here you will not get petrol without cash. Let us tell you why this decision has been taken.
Petrol and diesel will not be available without cash in Nagpur
If you live in Nagpur and you have to travel by vehicle daily, then this news is for you. Let us tell you that a big change is being made by the petrol pumps regarding filling petrol and diesel in Nagpur. Actually, Vidarbha Petroleum Dealer Association has announced that after 10 May, no petrol pump will provide you the facility of online payment.
If you want to fill petrol and diesel, then you will have to have cash for this. Let us tell you that at present you can fill petrol and diesel in Nagpur by paying online. But after 10 May, this will not be possible. Therefore, to avoid problems, keep cash with you.
Decision taken due to this reason
On one hand, the country and the world are moving towards modernity. The government itself is promoting digital payments. But now digital payment will not be possible at petrol pumps in Nagpur. Actually, this decision has been taken due to incidents like cyber fraud and bank account seizure. Regarding this, Amit Gupta, President of Vidarbha Petroleum Dealer Association, said that many times cyber criminals fill petrol by doing fake digital transactions.
And after this, they get their account blocked by filing a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Portal. Due to which even the bank accounts of petrol pump owners have been frozen. This has a bad effect on their business. Because of this, now only the option of cash payment will be given.
