To make cucumber kanji, first take water in a large glass bottle and add chopped cucumber pieces to it. Then add green chili, red chili, a pinch of black pepper powder and cumin powder. Then heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafetida and fry it. Turn off the heat and add curry leaves and cumin seeds to the prepared solution. Prepare rice porridge in this way.

Beet Kanji:

Beetroot is very nutritious for health. Eating beetroot increases the amount of blood in the body and removes fatigue and weakness. Drinking beet juice regularly will relieve body fatigue, digestion will improve and will get relief from many problems. To make beetroot Kanji, first cut the beetroot into thin slices and put it in warm water. Then boil the water well. After cooling the water, add salt, pepper powder, mustard, asafetida and red chili powder and mix. Cover the prepared Kanji in a glass jar and keep it in the sun for 3 days. This will make the taste of Kanji very good.
