Pay attention to what is in your hand: Focus on your everyday tasks, routines and responsibilities. Avoid extra purchasing or nervousness.

Relax the body: Take deep breaths, exercise lightly, walk in the park. It is very important to take sleep.

Share the mind of the mind: Talk to friends, family or counselor. Many times, by talking about the mind, the burden becomes lighter.

Take care of the elderly and children: They feel your feelings. Sadly, talk to them positively.
