According to the information, the matter is being reported from Karhal Community Health Center (CHC) of Mainpuri. On September 19, Sanjali, a resident of the village, suffered childbirth. His family reached Karhal CHC with him. Pregnant Sanjali was admitted as soon as the health center came. The nurse asked for Rs 5100 in the form of Neg after the birth of the child. But Sanjali’s husband Sujit did not have enough money to meet the nurse’s demand. He somehow jugged the money and it took about 40 minutes for this work. Inquiry committee constituted

The nurse handed Vajat to his parents after receiving the money from Neg, but by then the child’s health deteriorated. After the condition deteriorated, the infant was referred to another hospital, but the doctors declared him dead. According to the information, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak took cognizance in this matter and has instructed the accused nurse to remove and investigate from there immediately. A three -member inquiry committee has been constituted on the orders of Brajesh Pathak regarding this incident. Deputy CM ordered

The Deputy CM has ordered an inquiry to the CMO regarding the matter. The Deputy CM has instructed to go to Kanpur on the spot, the Divisional Additional Director of Family Welfare Department and Health Department to investigate.
