According to the April rankings of the CM Dashboard and the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS), Shrawasti district has secured the top position for the timely and effective resolution of public complaints. Shahjahanpur and Amethi follow closely in second place. District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi reported that Shrawasti scored 131 out of 140 in the April IGRS evaluation, achieving the highest complaint resolution ratio in Uttar Pradesh at 93.57%.
The IGRS report dated April 25 indicates that Shahjahanpur attained a resolution rate of 92.86%, placing it second. Amethi ranked third with a resolution rate of 90.71%. Ballia and Ambedkarnagar shared the fourth position with a resolution rate of 85.71%. Hamirpur came in sixth, while Mainpuri was seventh. Mau, Hathras, and Balrampur collectively secured the eighth position.
These districts have been recognized not only for their prompt resolution of complaints but also for prioritizing the quality of resolutions. A spokesperson for the state government noted that over 600,000 cases are registered monthly through IGRS, boasting an impressive 98% resolution rate. Shrawasti consistently ranks among the top five districts in the state for timely and quality complaint resolution.
Dwivedi stated, "As per the April report of IGRS and the CM Dashboard, Shrawasti is leading in addressing public complaints across Uttar Pradesh." He added that a special strategy has been implemented in the district to ensure effective resolution of public grievances, in line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's vision. Daily public hearings are held at 10 AM, followed by regular reviews of complaint resolution progress. Pending cases are re-evaluated at 5 PM, and quality checks based on feedback are conducted at 9 PM.
