Renowned makeup artist Vikram Gaikwad an iconic figure in Indian cinema passed away in Mumbai on Saturday May 10. Celebrated for his remarkable artistry and attention to detail Gaikwad earned multiple National Film Awards and left his mark across Hindi Marathi and South Indian film industries. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde confirmed his passing and paid tribute to the veteran artist on social media.
