The actor we are talking about is none other than Dharmendra- a true Bollywood legend once considered the most handsome man in Indian films and the He-Man of Bollywood. Dharmendra began his acting career in 1960 with Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere. His first major success came in 1962 with Anpadh. Thereafter he became one of the most popular and successful stars in India. Throughout his life he performed in over 200 films of which 93 were blockbusters. He delivered 6 blockbusters 7 superhits and 36 hit movies. People still recall his memorable characters in Sholay Chupke Chupke Seeta Aur Geeta and Satyakam. Even in recent years he appeared in the 2023 movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani proving that he is still a force to be reckoned with on screen. But Dharmendras own journey also experienced some rough phases. As per IMDb while he had made 85 individual films 44 of these were flops. Altogether he starred in 180 flop films during 1960-2013. Though it is claimed Mithun Chakraborty has the most flops Dharmendra is never far behind him. There was also a time when Dharmendra acted in B-grade films like Paapi Devta Juaari Mahashakti Shaali and Pyar Ka Karz.
