Office belly fat: Performing work sitting on the office chair throughout the day has become an important part of today’s lifestyle. But there is a big disadvantage of this seating habit. Many people complain that they are normal to eat and drink, yet their stomach is coming out. In fact, sitting in the same posture for hours slows down the metabolism of the body and the fat starts to accumulate around the stomach.

According to fitness experts, there is no need to do heavy exercises only by going to the gym, but only small habits made during the office can help reduce belly fat. If you are also troubled by increasing belly due to office work, then now is the time to adopt some easy and effective measures.

Get up every 30 minutes and walk lightly

Sitting continuously is the biggest cause of stomach fat. Experts recommend that every 30-40 minutes get up from their seat and walk a little. Going to fill water in the office, up and down from stairs or just walking a few steps also activates metabolism.

Walk or ride a bicycle while coming to office

If your office is not far away, make a habit of walking on foot or by bicycle. This will not only reduce the fat fat but your stamina and focus will also be better.

Adopt attention and breathing techniques

Office stress also causes weight gain. 5-10 minutes of meditation technique or pranayama (deep breathing) of 5–10 minutes per day reduces stress and maintains hormone balance, which does not increase body fat.
