Fans of Our Yorkshire Farm are thrilled with the announcement that Reuben Owen is set to grace their screens once more in his own series later this month.

On a Facebook fan group, one ardent viewer announced: "The second series of Reuben - Life in the Dales returns for another series on Tuesday, May 20, on Channel 5. The first episode of this series is on the same day as the fourth episode of Our Farm Next Door."

Accompanying the update, they expressed, "It is going to be brilliant."

Fellow fans conveyed their excitement with one replying, "Great, looking forward to this." Another keenly added, "Can't wait to see Reuben." A third commented, "Can't believe Reuben is 21 already," Leeds Live reports.

Another fan couldn't hide their enthusiasm, stating, "I can't wait to see the new series with Reuben," and one other rejoiced, "Great news! I've been hoping for a new series.

"Good news, we have missed your programme, can't wait," chimed yet another.

Reuben stirred up excitement last month when photos surfaced from behind the scenes.

While filming in Whitby, he was spotted at a local chip shop, which was quick to post pictures of him, his girlfriend Jessica, and his colleagues to its Facebook page.

These snapshots were further posted across an Owen family fan page, depicting Reuben and friends smiling for a snapshot whilst on a break from filming.

In bright spirits, the caption posted joyously read: "It was great to have Reuben and his crew in today filming and catching a bite to eat."

The update on social media provided a run-down of their time: "After spending some time filming on the beach, they joined our chefs in the kitchen for some more filming before enjoying some food."

Concluding the post with an invite to viewers, it said: "You can check out what they got up to on Reuben: Life in the Dales on Channel 5."

Reuben first became well-known through the show Our Yorkshire Farm, where he appeared with his parents, Amanda and Clive Owen, as well as his eight siblings.

Following the conclusion of that series, he was featured alongside his father Clive in another show before pursuing solo television opportunities. Additionally, the Owen clan has commenced a new project, Our Farm Next Door, chronicling their efforts to refurbish Anty John's property.
