New Delhi. Paytm Fastag users have once again cautioned users by NHAI. Explain that in an official statement on Wednesday, NHAI advised Paytm Fastag users to get a new fastag from another bank before March 15 for the convenient journey experience.
In fact, according to the statement made by NHAI, receiving a new fastag from another bank will help to avoid fine or double fee while traveling on national highways. The statement said that after the Reserve Bank of India guidelines on restrictions to Paytm Payments Bank, Paytm Fastag users will not be able to recharge or top-up their balance after March 15, 2024.
Explain that Paytm Fastag users can use the existing balance to pay toll even after March 15, 2024. NHAI has advised the Paytm Fastag users to reach their respective banks or to focus on the often asked questions given on the website of IHMCL (Indian Highway Management Company Limited).
