Filmmaker Raj Kumar Gupta’s Raid 2 starring Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor faced a dip in its collection in the week one due to the conflict between India and Pakistan but the biz was back on track soon after and the weekend two of the film was quite healthy.
In weekend two, Raid 2 has collected a strong Rs 25.62 crore taking its domestic total to a solid Rs 124.51 crore.
This makes Raid 2, the eighth biggest grosser of Ajay Devgn’s career and third biggest grosser of Riteish Deshmukh’s career in India.

The other major film that’s been doing record breaking business at the box office is Mohanlal’s Thudarum which has become the biggest grosser ever in the history of Kerala box office.

The film directed by Tharun Moorthy has made Rs 90 crore at the Kerala box office and is now on course to become the first Malayalam film to hit Rs 100 crore in the state.
At the worldwide box office, Thudarum has become only the third Malayalam film to hit Rs 200 crore biz.
