Material (Orange ice cream recipe)
- Orange juice – 1 cup (freshly extracted)
- Conduced Milk – 1/2 cup
- Full Cream Milk – 1 Cup
- Whipping Cream – 1 Cup (Cold)
- Orange zest (fine part of the peel) – 1 teaspoon (for optional, flavor)

Method (Orange ice cream recipe)
- First of all, filter orange juice and take it in a bowl, so that there is no pulp and seed in it.
- Take a cold whipping cream in a large bowl and whisk it with electric beater until it makes soft pax.
- Now add condensed milk and milk to it and fold with light hands.
- Then add orange juice and zest to it. The mixture may look slightly thin after adding juice, but after freezing its consistency will be perfect.
- Pour this mixture into an airtight container and allow for at least 6-8 hours or overnight in the freezer.
- Take out the ice cream for 5 minutes before serving, so that it becomes easier to scoop.
