US President Donald Trump claimed the important role of America in a ceasefire between India and Pakistan in a press conference. He said that his administration advised both countries to stay away from struggle and do ‘a lot of business’. Trump described it as an important step in stopping a potential ‘bad nuclear war’.
Trump said that on Saturday, America’s efforts made immediate ceasefire possible between India and Pakistan, which he considers permanent. He said, “We stopped a nuclear struggle. It could have been a very bad nuclear war in which millions of people would have been killed.”
Emphasizing the diplomatic strategy of his administration, Trump said that a big step was taken towards peace through business pressure. He believes that business is a means from which countries can be brought on the path of peace.
Trump praised the leaders of both India and Pakistan and described him as “an adigal, powerful, and serious situation”. Trump said that the leaders of both countries showed patience and intelligence, which led to the level of tension under control.
Referring to the ongoing business talks with India and Pakistan, the President said that America will do ‘too much business’ with these two countries. He said, “We are still talking with India and will start with Pakistan soon.”
