Method:

Method:

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.

15 ml Fresh Lime Juice

Lime Peel, for garnish

Method:

Chill a martini glass with ice water, then discard the ice. Shake Earl Grey–infused gin and lime juice with ice until cold. Strain into the chilled glass. Express oils from a lime peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.

Ingredients:

2 Dried Hibiscus Flowers

15 ml Lemon Juice

Pinch of Cardamom Powder

Honey, to taste

Method:

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add hibiscus, and simmer for 10 minutes. Steep for another 10 minutes off heat. Strain into a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice and honey while warm. Add a pinch of cardamom and mix well. Chill for 1–2 hours. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.

Ingredients:

2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum

1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

½ oz Puree fruit passion

¾ oz Lime Juice

Pineapple leaf and cinnamon stick, for garnish

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a cinnamon stick.

30ml Weller Special Reserve Bourbon

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.

How to Make It:

50ml DEWAR’S 12-Year-Old

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add whisky, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters. Top with soda, stir gently, and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.

Ingredients:

2 oz Old Monk 7-Year Rum

1 oz Masala Chai Concentrate

Soda Water

Method:

Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and stir gently. Garnish with star anise and a cinnamon stick.

1½ oz Godawan Single Malt Whisky

½ oz Dry Vermouth

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express orange peel oils over the surface and garnish with the peel and dried apricot.

1 oz Terai India Dry Gin

1 oz Campari

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel and dried tulsi leaf.

Ingredients:

60 ml Premium Gin

Method:

Muddle basil and chillies in a shaker. Add gin and honey. Shake with ice until chilled and slightly frothy. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with basil or a thin chilli slice.
