Mango Rabdi sweets with first choice of children and elders

Mango rabdi recipe:The summer season is going on and in such a situation, mangoes are out. There is hardly anyone in India who does not like common. Mango’s different dish wins everyone’s heart. You are unable to decide which is better. Mango Rabri is also a great dish. Whoever eats it once becomes crazy about it. Then it seems that whatever the opportunity, it should be enjoyed. If you are tired of eating mangoes and mango shakes every day, then this thing will give you something new and different feelings. It is very easy to prepare it at home. This requires mainly common and rabri. You will be able to make it without any hassle by the method given by us. There is still a lot of heat left, in such a situation, you can enjoy it many times.

Ingredients

Mango – 2

Milk – 1 liter

Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

Sugar – 4 cups

Cashew – 5 to 6 chopped

Almonds – 5 to 6 chopped

Pistachio – 5 to 6 chopped

Recipe

First of all, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. After this, put the milk in a pan and keep it on medium heat to heat.

– Keep stirring in the middle of it. When milk comes to a boil, slow down the gas.

– When a thin layer of cream comes on the milk, keep it on the edges of the pan with the help of a splash.

Similarly, when the cream starts freezing in milk, keep it on the side with the help of a loot. In this way, the milk has to be boiled till it is half.

– When the milk remains half, add sugar to it. After this, let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix all the creamy milk in milk. Then turn off the gas.

Now add cardamom powder, chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios. Let Rabri cool down.

– When the rabri becomes cold, add chopped mangoes to it. Garnish with dryfruits over it.
