Vrindavan/New Delhi. The very next day after retiring from Test cricket, cricketer Virat Kohli along with his wife Anushka Sharma arrived in Mathura Vrindavan in UP. During this, he reached Kali Kunj Ashram and met Premanand Maharaj Ji. He also received blessings by paying obeisance to Maharaja.
Earlier, Kohli on Monday announced his retirement from Test cricket by posting an emotional post on Instagram post. He said that Test cricket has tested me in many ways, I have given me such lessons of life and life which I can never forget.
It is known that Kohli’s performance in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy held in Australia in December-January was very weak. In this series, he scored at an average of 23.75. He was dismissed on the ball going out of the off stump 7 times out of total 8 times. In 9 innings, Kohli was able to score only 190 runs, including a century.
